By using the Trade Driver platform—including registering an account, initiating or responding to vehicle trade requests, submitting or receiving payment information, or interacting with our tracking and scheduling systems—you grant your consent for the collection and processing of your personal and business information as described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email provided above, though doing so may limit access to certain services.

3.4 Trip and Usage Data
● Scheduled trades and delivery activity
● Route history, geolocation (for tracking, if enabled)
● Logins, platform actions, and settings

● Messaging history between dealerships or drivers

4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain dealership records, trade data, and invoicing/payment history in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements — generally for at least 7 years. Other data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill service delivery or user account requirements.
You may request deletion of your data unless retention is required by law or for dispute resolution.

or as required to comply with legal obligations.
6. Dealership and Customer Data Responsibility
Dealerships may input data about other dealerships or third parties (e.g., dispatch contacts or vehicle owners). In these cases, the dealership is the data controller, and Trade Driver acts as a data processor, handling information strictly per the dealership’s instructions.
Trade Driver does not independently use or resell this data.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only under these conditions:
● Payment Processing: Secure transmission to providers like Stripe
● Cloud Hosting & Analytics: With infrastructure partners supporting platform performance
● Legal & Compliance: When required to comply with applicable laws
● Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We may share anonymized or aggregated data for reporting and platform optimization, but it will not be personally identifiable.
8. Data Security
Trade Driver employs encryption, role-based access controls, and secure data storage standards to protect your information. While no system is impenetrable, we actively monitor, test, and audit our infrastructure to safeguard your data to the fullest extent possible.
9. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal or business data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours, as required by applicable data protection laws.
